Every piece we send out starts its journey from our hands to yours with care—and a few layers of bubble wrap.

We ship Australia-wide. Because our ceramics vary in size, shape, and weight (that’s handmade magic for you), shipping starts at $25 and is calculated at checkout based on your order.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel heads out the door, so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

We pack everything with love and plenty of protection, but if anything arrives broken, please reach out within 48 hours with photos—we’ll make it right.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order—as long as it’s unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
